Covid-19 & IKOULA

In view of the Coronavirus epidemic that Europe is currently experiencing, and because the health of our customers and our employees, as well as guaranting the continuity of our services are our first priority, IKOULA strengthens the preventive measures, taken since the start of the crisis.

In addition to the health prevention and vigilance instructions already followed scrupulously by everyone, IKOULA has implemented some other directives, including:

  • the anticipation of purchases (supplies and equipment( for the various IKOULA locations, in order to guarantee the full operational availability of IKOULA datacenters, and the non-interruption of servers deliveries.

  • the restriction of external visits, whether they are visits of providers, customers or job interviews. Any appointment deemed essential will be discussed with the stakeholders, in order to find the most respectful solution regarding the current health situation. When physycial maintenances are needed for example, the IKOULA teams can carry it out for external people, to avoid letting them coming into one of our datacenters.

  • the end of cross-site travels by employees,meetings being held by phone and videoconference.

These measures have already been applied and will continue until further notice.

Our teams daily monitor the evolution of this epidemic, as well as the instructions issued by the government.
